Project Managers at eROI are the reliable “go-to” resources for the internal team. A successful Junior Project Manager requires a strong willingness to learn, a passion for  organization and process development, and excellent communication skills.

We look for self-sufficient workers that can motivate and collaborate with team members, resource and schedule deliverables, and manage the execution of projects effectively using agency tools and processes.

Success is accomplished by excelling in three key areas:

1. Infrastructure and Process:​ How can we run our projects more efficiently? Does my team have the tools to do their best work? Are our processes properly documented and easy to reference?

2. Budget and Resourcing:​ Are teams resourced appropriately to complete projects and deliver on time? How can I help my team prioritize and communicate effectively? How do I keep my projects within budget and my team creatively on track?

3. Risk Analysis: ​Are there any concerns with this project? How will the project cost impact the agency’s revenue? Do we have adequate resources to complete this project effectively and on time?

Tasks + Expectations:

Management: Support resourcing and project management of day-to-day tasks related to specific accounts. Consolidate and synthesize communications utilizing existing tools and processes. Learn to prioritize workload and pivot quickly and realign in order to meet project goals.

Organization: Maintain internal communications, workflows, and administrative tasks and ensure all team members have access to necessary files and materials. Adhere to best practices in regards to infrastructure and process. Actively identify any noticed areas of improvements or key insights to manager.

Presentation: Clearly communicate key details to team members. Learn and employ presentation best practices. Build agency vocabulary and utilize proper terminology in daily activities.  

Collaborate: Build relationships with the eROI team and understand how departments work collaboratively and independently in each situation. Develop skills to forecast necessary resources, understanding the functions and timing of each discipline.  

Forecast:Learn and practice the basics of financial planning and monitoring. Support with anticipating staffing requirements and participate in weekly forecasting meetings.

Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate and consistent execution of projects and communications. Drive quality assurance and keep a keen eye on the details to ensure the quality of deliverables. Ensure that all materials are filed appropriately.

Growth: Build understanding of technical requirements across email, web and social. Demonstrate continued pursuit of personal and professional growth and industry education.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing or Communications

  • Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency

  • Strong administrative skills, including with MS Office programs

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Desire to learn about digital services across email, web, and social media
