We’re looking for a Studio Designer to help us create work that satisfies, surprises and delights our Fortune 500 clients. You have your eye on the details and “team player” is your middle name. You love to make 2D things look 3D and have a knack for motion design. You’re ready to iterate and explore when a creative opportunity comes your way, and roll up your sleeves and crank on production in the meantime. You have big ideas and ambition. Our work is multi-disciplinary. You’ll be part of a diverse team, working closely with the Design Leads, Design Manager, Proofreader, and other team members. You’ll be responsible for both original creative (30%) and translating design comps into final files (70%). You will need to bring a keen eye for detail as well as a mix of both technical skills and creative acumen.

You Are:

  • Driven: You take full ownership of your work and the work of your team and peers. You establish best practices or new workflows whenever necessary.
  • Flexible and responsive: You receive and give feedback well, and you approach changes with a positive attitude.

  • Roll up your sleeves: You’re willing to help out wherever needed. No task is too small.

Your job:

  • Be a core part of our creative team, helping to deliver excellent work across a variety of media.
  • Ideate and initiate motion ideas for new and existing client work.
  • Drive and maintain design consistency across deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain best design practices.

  • A portfolio and experience that demonstrates your creative, technical ability.
  • Exceptional organizational, listening, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of technical production processes, technologies, and design.
  • Understanding of UX/IA best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard software (Adobe CC, 4D, etc).
  • Basic knowledge of the Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc).
