eROI is seeking a Project Manager to work a dedicated role embedded with clients.  

Project Managers oversee the creative development of premium, consumer-facing assets for our client's digital platforms. A successful candidate is able to provide calm, confident leadership and creative problem solving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

We are looking for a self-sufficient professional who embrace's challenge and remain's composed, assured and effective under pressure. This role will be multifaceted, and it will be key to function as part account manager, part project manager, part production manager, and part creative manager.


The primary digital platforms which we focus on are .com, apps, paid media, email, and wholesale for all Brand Digital Categories.

Topline Objective

Manage workflow from brief to completion, deadlines, and communication between departments and stakeholders to ensure timely, effective completion of digital projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day traffic management of digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets
  • Review all creative briefs from Brand Digital Category teams and ensure they are clear and complete before passing to creative
  • Demonstrate understanding of various channel and category stakeholders to seek out and gather necessary assets or information
  • Manage resource availability (in-house and agencies), identifying the right resource to execute each project
  • Oversee project schedules, workflow and manage constantly-changing priorities while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions
  • Manage strategic priorities and raise risks for Brand Digital Design team and offer productive solutions
  • Lead and drive communication and alignment between design, operations and digital partners to form strong relationships in a continuously evolving and fast-paced environment


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Advertising/Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years experience with sports and/or digital marketing experience in an agency or large/enterprise corporate setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of various scopes with differing and converging timelines
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via email, that provide clear direction and enable collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, proactively share ideas, and develop effective, tactful responses or elevate to higher management
  • Experience building relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership and understanding and valuing cultural differences
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse, perpetually changing environment, while maintaining a calm and positive spirit
  • Strong understanding of digital, commerce and internet concepts, including latest online community trends, user experience best practices and technology jargon
  • Experience and willingness to manage and collaborate with remote workers and/or third party creative agencies
  • Experience working with project management software tools, such as Asana, Basecamp, AirTable preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Nike landscape or comfort working in large, corporate environments with many stakeholders
